Josh Bailey

Okay, to start, this isn't exactly my character. This actually belongs to my buddy and bro, . Back when I created my character Adam, who was influansed by Alex Mercer from PROTOTYPE, he created this character [link] who is based off of Cole MacGrath from inFAMOUS. Powers are pretty much the same really.

Josh Bailey hails from Louisiana, proficiant at free running and close quarters combat. Talented and gifted, he could have went to places that others couldn't, but opted for an easy going life, while openly showing his powers to the world and staking himself as a hero for his town.

Of course, this quickly caught the attention of LAIR, who came to recruit him into their ranks. Tempted with the idea of doing good in the world, and not to mention a good pay check every two weeks, Josh signed on, traveling the world in search of others like himself to either find a place in the world where their powers could do good, or to bring in the trouble makers that would use their gifts for their own doing.

This however came to an end when LAIR located and captured a young Chinese girl who had a power that awakened the sleeping powers within the people of the earth.

At first it had nothing to do with him, but that ended when he learned of the experiments they performed on her, so along with a few others, came up with a plan to help her escape from their Hong Kong branch. Part of this plan was to enlist the aid of Adam Winslow, which resulted in him also being hunted down by LAIR.

Josh's powers are nearly on a level of their own, his only weakness being large bodies of water. His lightening for unknown reasons is colored red, hence his name Crimson Lightening. Speculation as to why the color is what it is, is due to the blood of his body.
